BACK END PROCESS:

1. First we make a packing list for each box.

2. Then the packing list goes inside a blank box.

3. Blank boxes get mixed and stored in our warehouse before they get sold.

4. We launch the sale.

5. When a mystery box is sold, during the week it's stated it will begin to ship, our staff begins the processing portion of each order to make sure no discrpencies, once the order is approved it is prepared for fulfillment and then shipping.

6. On the scheduled shipping day our warehouse staff picks a random box from the pre-made stack of mystery boxes (all blank boxes) and takes the packing list out of the box. Then warehouse will fulfill the items listed on the packing list in a secure shipping container.

7. A shipping label is the printed and put on the package for pickup by either USPS or Fedex.

DUE TO THANKSGIVING DAY, BLACK FRIDAY and the WEEKEND, ALL Mystery Boxes we begin to process and ship week of Monday, Nov 28, 2022.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Canada: Most of the mystery boxes are Canadian compliant and will therefore ship to Canada. Canada complaint boxes are marked on the pre-packed boxes and mystery boxes will only be selected from those marked boxes. Approximately 70% of the guns are Canadian Customs compliant.

Any other country, it is the buyer's responsibility to provide appropriate documentation in accordance with your country's customs laws and regulations to ensure clearance.
