The US Postal Service is experiencing delays in shipping timeframes! Please add 3 to 5 business days to the estimated timeframes below.

  • First-Class Mail: Shipping for standard-sized small packages weighing up to 16 oz with delivery in up to 5 business days.
  • Priority Mail: Shipping in 1, 2, or 3 business days based on where your package starts and where it’s being sent. A variety of Flat Rate options for items up to 70 lbs.
  • Priority Mail Express: Delivering 6 days a week, this is the fastest domestic service for time-sensitive merchandise. Overnight scheduled delivery to most locations and PO Boxes.

  • FedEx Home Delivery: Delivery of packages Monday to Friday and Saturdays.
    • Transit times: 1 to 5 business days within the 48 contiguous US states and 3 to 7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii, based on the distance to the destination. Maximum package weight: 70 lbs.
  • FedEx SmartPost: Utilizing the U.S. Postal Service for final delivery, FedEx SmartPost reaches every US address, including PO boxes and military APO, FPO and DPO destinations. FedEx SmartPost to ship to Alaska, Hawaii and all U.S. territories.
    • Transit Times typically 2 to 7 business days within the contiguous US, based on the final destination ZIP code. Longer transit times to destinations outside the contiguous US. Maximum weight is 70 lbs.

NON-CONTIGUOUS STATES (Alaska & Hawaii):
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii ship via USPS, 3-7 days, depending on the delivery location. For an instant shipping quote, please place your order and select USPS under 'Choose Shipping Method' during checkout.
Expedited Shipping is available via USPS Priority Mail for non-continental US (Alaska and Hawaii).
Non-contiguous State (Puerto Rico) Orders to Puerto ship via USPS, 3-7 days, depending on the delivery location. For an instant shipping quote, please place your order with Puerto Rico as the country and select USPS under 'Choose Shipping Method' during checkout.
All orders take up to 48 hours to process, the shipping time frames listed are after the order is processed.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Modern Airsoft will accept international orders from most countries. Customs restrictions and conditions will dictate whether shipping is permissible to a certain country and it is up to the customer to find out what is allowed.
Please make sure to check with your local Law Enforcement and/or Customs Agency to get information about any laws, restrictions and fees for airsoft products before placing an order.
  • Customer is responsible for knowing and understanding all local and government regulations regarding importation, requirement of broker usage, ownership and safe use of products sold by Modern Airsoft.
  • Customer will not hold Modern Airsoft responsible for packages that are in limbo due to rejection, seizure, or denied entry.
  • Customer is responsible for all fees associated with said order and delivery, including but not limited to: all taxes and tariffs such as duty or brokerage fees on products sold by Modern Airsoft and its websites.
  • Modern Airsoft is not responsible for any packages that are abandoned, seized, or denied entry by, but not limited to, any Customs Agent/Agency, airport, or shipping company.
  • All pricing is in U.S. Dollars.
  • All International Orders will have to clear customs and we have no control over the length of time it takes to clear customs or get to it's destination once it leaves our facility.
  • All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class International, Fedex International Ground or USPS International Priority, and UPS.

  • ALL international orders are FINAL SALE. No exceptions!
  • Order's received before 12:00 PM PST will begin processing the same day. If an order is received after 12:00 PM PST, it will not begin processing until the following business day (weekends and holidays excluded).
  • International orders can take 3-5 additional business days to ship after processing due to extra compliance requirements. All orders cannot be cancelled or altered when goes to fulfillment.
  • In the event your order is out of stock it will be immediately cancelled. If your order has multiple items, the out of stock items will be automatically cancelled or if there is a substitute available, that option will be emailed to you. If it is Pre-Order we will send you a reminder and if the preorder has multiple items they will all ship when the preorder has arrived as we do not split shipments on international orders.
  • Your credit card is charged for the full order amount at the time of order placement. In the event your item is back ordered or you don't wish to wait for your pre-order, you can request your order be cancelled for immediate refund.
  • International orders returned to sender that incur customs "rejected/returned" packages will be subject to a 15% restocking fee as well as the "rejection fee".
  • If the parcel is returned to our company we will issue a refund for store credit, minus rejection fees, restocking fees, shipping costs, and any other applicable fees. If you decide that you want it to be shipped again, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

  • All International Orders will have to clear customs and we have no control over the length of time it takes to clear customs or get to its destination once it leaves our facility.

  • If the parcel is seized by your local customs, Modern Airsoft will not be responsible for it. We have NO Guarantee that the parcel will not get seized. You order at your own risk.
  • If the parcel is returned to our company we will issue a refund for store credit, minus rejection fees, restocking fees, shipping costs, and any other applicable fees. If you decide that you want it to be shipped again, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMEFRAMES:
  • All orders normally take 5-7 business days to process (international orders can take up to 7 days for special requirements) before it is then sent over to our fulfillment department and shipping. This time frame does not include weekends, after hour orders, and/or Holiday delays which are excluded.
  • All orders are processed in the order received. All orders placed M-F after 12:30 p.m. PDT will not be received until the next non-holiday business day to begin processing.
  • All orders from Friday, 12:30 p.m. through Sunday, 11:59 p.m. will not be received until the next non-holiday business day when customer service opens to begin processing. So please keep in mind that orders placed during those time frames will have an automatic delay of 2.5 days to their order.
  • All orders that are received during a holiday period will not begin processing until the following non-holiday business day. If the order is in stock and it's ready to go, you will be sent a tracking number via email once the order has been filled and ready to go to our ship bay. If the item is out-of-stock, we notify you via email.
    • You will have the option to wait for restock, we can offer a substitute or choose another item you may have your eye on to swap with, or we offer a full refund - if the customer does not want to wait for restock.
  • Most orders are shipped out within 5 business days from the date the order is received and processing has begun, (again this does not include weekends, holiday delays, or after hour orders and it does not include International Order time frames).
  • Depending on what the customer decides on for shipping will determine how long it will take to get there. All shipping time frames are based off of when the order leaves our facility and not based off of when the order is placed - Please keep the shipping time frame in mind when placing an order that is needed ASAP and remember that weekends and Holidays are excluded.
  • Please let us know via email, telephone, and/or email if you have a “need by” specific date. Otherwise, all orders will be processed regularly.

FAQ: ORDERING AND SHIPPING TIME FRAMES

 

MODERN AIRSOFT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES THAT ARE LOST, DELAYED, DAMAGED OR STOLEN UNDER THE CARE OF SHIPPING CARRIERS. LOST, DELAYED, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES WILL NOT BE REPLACED OR REFUNDED BY MODERN AIRSOFT. WE MAY FILE A CLAIM WITH THE SHIPPING CARRIER ON THEIR WEBSITE ON YOUR BEHALF. IF YOU REQUIRE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INSURANCE PLEASE EMAIL OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE FOR A QUOTE. 

By placing your online order you are agreeing to our shipping policies with regard to lost, delayed, damaged or stolen product while in the care of the shipping carrier and do not hold Modern Airsoft or it's entities responsible.  

 

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Ordering from ModernAirsoft.com is easy and secure. Create an account, add items to cart, add your shipping address, shipping method, payment info, review cart content and confirm order. 
HOW MANY COUPONS CAN I USE?
You can only use one coupon per order. You can not combine coupons.
DO YOU HAVE A CUTOFF TIME FOR ORDER PROCESSING?
Yes, orders that are received by 12:00 PM PST will ship within 72 business hours.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO THE ORDER I JUST PLACED?
We will always try our best help you with any special requests; however, sometimes we are unable to accommodate changes. Please feel free to email customerservice@modernairsoft.com and one of our representatives will reach out to you with a response within 24-48 business hours.
WHAT CANNOT BE CHANGED?
Any order that has begun processing. Any request to add, change or cancel of an entire order or individual items will not be permitted. You can  return the item for store credit or exchange once the order is received - there is a 15% restock fee and the cost of shipping is at the expense of the customer.
WHAT CAN BE CHANGED?
All changes are taken into consideration depending on the stage of the order fulfillment. 
CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER?
If your order hasn't been began processing yet or it has not been shipped, we may be able to update your address. Please contact us immediately via email with URGENT in the subject. One of our customer service representatives will reach out to you as soon as possible; however, please note, we are closed on weekends.  Once the order has been sent to fulfillment and/or shipping we cannot make any changes.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?
We understand the importance of getting your items to you as fast as possible. Our shipping team is dedicated to make sure all orders are shipped on time. However, delivery time frame depends on what shipping method is chosen. All shipping time frames are from the date in which the order leaves our facility and NOT from the time in which the order is placed.

ORDER VERIFICATION DELAY
Effective January 1, 2020, California law requires age verification for airsoft guns and/or airgun purchases shipped and delivered within California. If you are placing an order for any of these items a customer service representative you may need you to verify your age by uploading a photo of your state or federal ID. Once your ID is uploaded and your age has been verified, you will not be required to verify again on future purchases and deliveries. 
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR HAS MISSING ITEMS?
If you receive your order and items are missing or damaged, please notify via  email immediately at customerservice@modernairsoft.com. Please make sure to include a picture of the shipping packaging, as well as either the damaged item and/or if product is missing, a pic of what product you did received. This is required in order for Modern Airsoft to file a claim on your behalf with the shipping company. 
FRAUD PREVENTION
Our anti-fraud system automatically detects orders that are potentially fraudulent. Our policy is that any order that is red flagged for fraud is automatically cancelled (no exceptions), and you will be notified by our Anti-Fraud team of the flagging and cancellation. If you are shipping to a different address than your credit card billing address, our Anti-fraud department may contact you via email as a courtesy to ask you to verify the order information by uploading a picture ID that shows the ship to address, but this is not a guarantee as it is not a policy requirement.  Please be sure to provide a valid email and phone number so a team member can get in touch with you if they decide to reach out for verification proof. Please also keep in mind that shipping to a non-billing address that gets flagged, if not automatically cancelled, may delay the shipment of your order. 
WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?
Sometimes when an item is not yet in-stock in our warehouse, but we know that we will be getting a shipment in, we allow pre-orders for that item. Generally this happens when a new product is releasing to the market, and we allow customers to pre-order it before it releases. Sometimes we also allow pre-orders for items in between production batches when we are waiting on a restock shipment. All pre-orders are subject to special order timeframes and we do not guarantee delivery dates since we can not be sure when an item will come in. All items purchased in the same order as a pre-order item will ship at the same time as the pre-order item becomes available. We will not ship items separately. If you need items to ship separately you will need to place separate orders. A Pre-Order listed with an ETA is an estimated time as to when the manufacturer has indicated it may be available; however, due to covid, all manufactuerers are experiencing product delays due to the containers being stuck in customs; therefore, we can not guarantee that an item will be available at that time and we have no control over any delays or pushback of the release date by the manufacturers.
