Modern Airsoft would like to thank you for sticking with us for the past 12 months. It certainly has not been easy for any of us, but we see the future very optimistically.
We recently opened our largest store to date, Modern Airsoft Phoenix in Phoenix Arizona! We are expanding our product offerings and making sure we always have plenty of stuff on hand for everyone who stops by our stores. Every weekend we host hundreds of players at each of our exciting parks. We have lots of exciting expansions and new plans for the fields as well.
We are undertaking a massive project to improve the usability and ease of access for online website. Soon your experience using our awesome website will get even better!

Is the online store open?
Yes. The online store is open.
If you decide to place an order online please note that there are shipping with delays of up to 10 business days and ALL shipping time frames are from when the order leaves our facility and not when the order is placed.
Can I contact the Customer Service Department?
Yes. Please only email any of your questions or comments to customerservice@modernairsoft.
Our customer service team is working remotely and have a 48 business hour turnaround on all responses. Phone support is not available at this time.
How returns are being handled?
Retail and Online return and warranty policies are all back to our normal time frames. You can find that information on our homepage under customer care.
